All important proposals should be delivered in writing to the Office of the Clerk of the Faculty not later than noon on the second Wednesday preceding the meeting at which they shall be introduced, and the clerk shall normally cause such proposals to be printed and distributed to the members of the faculty. (Exception to a conflict with a University holiday).
