As required by the Rules and Procedures of the Faculty, departments must notify individuals meeting the following criteria of the department's recommendations as appropriate: Associate Professors without tenure completing three-year term; Assistant Professors in third year of three-year term; Senior Lecturers in final year of three or five-year term; Lecturers in sixth year of appointment at 40 percent duty time or more.
