Interfolio launches new appointments workflow

Effective Aug. 5, 2024, Interfolio Academic Appointments is available for all recommendations of new appointments, extensions of term, and salary or job change requests.

Launched in spring 2024, Interfolio is a module-based faculty information system that supports all stages of the faculty and academic professionals’ lifecycle at Princeton. In addition to the newly launched modules, it also is available for all reappointment and promotion cases.

The following additional updates are effective as of Aug. 5:

Users will have the option of submitting new appointments either through eForms or Interfolio until Sept. 30. Beginning Oct. 1, all materials will be submitted through Interfolio, as eForms will be retired.  Please continue to use the current system for all other actions excluding promotions, reappointments, new appointments, extension of term, and salary or job change requests. For reference, the Office of the Dean of the Faculty has prepared a list of current systems  that identifies which process to use.

Users seeking training in Interfolio can sign up for live Zoom sessions or Zoom office hours by using the training calendar on the Interfolio website.
