Andrea Maldonado, Academic Coordinator, works closely with the Office of the Dean of the Faculty leadership team and staff to plan, organize, and execute the work of the office.

Born and raised in Central Jersey, Andrea graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Human Resource Management and Spanish in 2017 and earned her Ed.M. in Adult Continuing education in 2021. She has worked in several different industries including hospitality, manufacturing, and higher education. Before joining the Office of the Dean of the Faculty, she worked for University Human Resources at Rutgers New Brunswick campus in the Benefits and Wellness Administration unit. Her background knowledge consists of human resource management, training and development, and supporting cross-functional teams. 

Andrea is an active dog mom. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading fiction novels, and listening to podcasts.
