Andrea Massi, governance administrator, directly supports the director of governance, the Faculty Advisory Committee on Appointments and Advancements, the Committee on Faculty Conference and Appeal, major personnel recommendations and reports to the Committee on Academic Affairs (Board of Trustees), and the Faculty Advisory Committee on Policy.

Born and raised in Central Jersey, Andrea graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in human resource management and Spanish in 2017 and earned her Master of Education in adult continuing education in 2021. She has worked in several different industries including hospitality, manufacturing, and higher education. Before joining the Office of the Dean of the Faculty, she worked for Rutgers University Human Resources at the New Brunswick campus in the benefits and wellness administration unit. Her background knowledge consists of human resource management, training and development, and supporting cross-functional teams. 

Andrea is an active dog mom. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, reading fiction novels and listening to podcasts.
