Bio/Description

Kristi Geist, assistant dean for administration, is responsible for various administrative aspects of the Office of the Dean of the Faculty. She manages projects and strategic initiatives that shape the office and the broader University community.

Prior to joining the Office of the Dean of the Faculty, Kristi served as the senior analyst at the Center for Career Development at Princeton. She also has experience as a high school math teacher and began her career in human resources at Sanofi and Johnson & Johnson.

Kristi holds a master's degree from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, baking, hiking and hanging out with her two cats.
