Dear Postdocs and Associate Research Scholars,

As you prepare to vote on whether to unionize on Wednesday, May 8, and Thursday, May 9, we wanted to share information about the election location and voting procedure.

You may cast your ballots on either day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Frist Campus Center, Room 302. For your convenience, a map is attached to this email that will guide you to the most convenient entrance at Frist (along Washington Road) and to the room on the building’s 300 level. The entrance is fully accessible with a nearby elevator.

Please note that your vote is by secret ballot, but you must present an official University ID (TigerCard) or a valid government-issued photo ID.
